Standalone shared screens
Use the buttons next to the multipoint meeting rooms to view shared screens for ongoing meetings in those rooms. Additional shared screens can be created/accesed by using the buttons bellow.
Create a new shared screen
Use this tool to enable others to see your computer screen.
Open a shared screen
Connect to a shared screen that someone else has created.
Multipoint meeting rooms
Use multipoint meeting rooms to connect multiple video conferencing systems. Multipoint meeting rooms also enable you to connect regular phones to the meeting and to record video from the meeting.
